Department Information
GCSE History helps pupils to think in a combination of ways not found in other subjects. The use of sources, questioning evidence, answering questions about the way people behaved, thought, felt in the past together with investigations, study and research provide a foundation for many ‘A’ Level subjects and training in a variety of careers.
The course now has less emphasis on coursework.
