Department Information
Art and Design is taught throughout the school and including GCSE. The pupils follow a wide and varied curriculum covering ceramics, textiles. graphics, printing, fashion design and ICT. Many past pupils have gone on to pursue careers in the fast growing design industry.
We study a variety of art disciplines, specialising in graphics, textiles and ceramics. Pupils are encouraged to develop their artistic skills in as many different areas as possible.
The art department has attained 100% pass rate at previous years in GCSE Level. Many of the pupils have gone on to AS and A Level and are pursuing rewarding careers in art.
Our Art Department works hard to ensure every student achieves:

- Increase in skills and understanding, through trying out a range of materials and techniques.
